Abstract

This study describes literary learning with gobak sodor game model in instilling character education value focused on (1) learning implementation, (2) obstacles encountered during learning, and (3) effort done to overcome the obstacle. This research belongs to qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that teachers carry out literary learning with gobak sodor game model to instill the value of character education in students. Constraints experienced by teachers that teachers difficult to organize learners during the learning process and the place used as an arena for learning is wide enough. Teachers overcome these obstacles by organizing students strictly during learning and schedule settings with other subject teachers.
