In Indonesia today, there are not many schools that develop the intelligence of each student. The teacher teaches without paying attention to the tendency of students' learning styles. There is one school in Ponorogo which is not the case, because this school applies multiple intelligences. Multiple intelligences adheres to the principle that no child is not intelligent, each child has their own intelligence. Inclusive education is also inseparable from the concept of Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) which aspires to create quality and equitable education. This study aims to describe the relevance of the GEDSI approach in implementing MIR and the application of the GEDSI approach in implementing MIR at SD Immersion. This research is a qualitative research. This type of research is a case study. The data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The primary data in this study are the results of interviews and observations at SD Immersion. Secondary data was obtained from articles related to this research. The results showed that in mapping students' intelligence using MIR, SD Immersion has applied the GEDSI approach. The implementation of MIR and the GEDSI approach in education prioritizes student inclusivity. The implementation of MIR at SD Immersion also includes four aspects of equity, namely access, participation, control and benefits.
