Implementation of Operational Guidance And Counseling Program (POP BK) in Forming the Student’s Religious Moral Behavior of SMK NU Ma'arif Kudus, Thesis, Kudus, Master Program of Islamic Education IAIN Kudus, the purposes of this research are : 1) To know the implementation of organisation operational program of guidance and counseling (POP BK) in forming the student’s moral behavior of SMK NU Ma'arif Kudus, 2) To know the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of organisation operational program of guidance and counseling (POP BK) in forming the student’s moral behavior of SMK NU Ma'arif Kudus
The type of this research is field research by using qualitative approach. The sampling is using nonprobability sampling with determination using purposive sampling with informants are counted four people. Data collection Methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the steps of data reduction, data presentation, data reporting and data verification.
The results of this research are : 1) The implementation of organisation operational program of guidance and counseling through guidance and counseling activities is done by using three stages, namely guidance preparation, guidance implementation, and guidance evaluatione. 2) The factors that support the the implementation of organisation operational program of guidance and counseling (POP BK) in forming the student’s moral behavior of SMK NU Ma'arif Kudus are the availability of guidance media that appropriate with the contents of Guidance and Conselling (BK), such as places of worship and so forth that this will be able to improve religious moral behavior and student’s ability to actualize their religiousity. While the inhibiting factors are lack of guidance in school, technical counseling ability in schools, less supportive facilities and infrastructure, organization and administration of guidance.
